Administration Assistant


Job Responsibilities:

•  Attending phone calls, queries and emails

•  Liaise with customers to confirm booking details

•  Prepare Rental Agreements, Billings and Invoices

•  Prepare Daily reports

•  Check and validate rental documents

•  Checking and redirection of Traffic fines

•  Prepare and compile information for Accident Reporting

•  Provide Manager with the necessary administrative support

•  Updating of data in systems

•  General administrative and filing duties

•  Undertake any Ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements / Other info:

•  Minimum an ITE graduate

•  Proficient in office management software like MS Office (Email writing, MS Excel, MS Word)

•  Detail oriented and able to work efficiently

•  Possess a good mind set to learn and a problem solving attitude

•  Able to work independently and is also a team player.

•  Work Location: East (with company transportation provided at Yio Chu Kang, Jurong East and Tanah Merah MRT Station)

 

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 0830hrs to 1800hrs

Company transport provided at Yio Chu Kang/Jurong East/Tanah Merah MRT
